Sound familiar?

“We pay for software nobody really uses.” “My team spends hours on work that feels automatable.” “We know AI could help, just not where to start.” “How things get done lives in one person’s head.” “Our systems don’t talk to each other.” “My team is nervous about AI.”
What we do

Four ways we help, shaped around your business

Most clients use a mix. We start where it will make the biggest difference for you.

AI, set up for real work

The right AI tools, set up for real tasks in your business, with your information kept private.

Map how your business runs

Your tools, information and workflows, and who does what, laid out on one page.

Streamline your processes

Simpler workflows, written down so people and AI agents can both follow them.

Train your team

Training on your own tools, at your pace, from everyday AI to leading it in house.

Your data, organized. We clean up and connect the information you already have, so your tools and AI can actually use it.
How it works

What to expect, step by step

Every step is its own decision. Here’s what each one looks like, with a real example.

1 Coffee, then about a day

Explore

Coffee and a conversation, then an Initial Consult: time with you and your team, plus time in your systems.

Example“Walk me through a job from the first phone call to getting paid.”
2 Within a week

Plan

Your written report: findings, suggestions and next steps you can use with us or on your own.

Example findingJob details get typed into three places. One intake form could feed all three.
3 Quoted up front

Build

A setup project for what you choose, quoted in writing before we start.

ExampleOne intake form that feeds your estimates, schedule and invoices.
4 Month to month

Maintain

A Growth or Partner plan, or Adhoc help: regular visits from people who already know your systems.

ExampleTwo visits a month, with every visit and task listed on your invoice.
5 At your pace

Train

Practical AI training on your own tools, in three levels you take at your own pace.

ExampleYour front desk learns to draft customer replies with AI, using your house rules.

The Initial Consult

A solid day’s work getting to know your business, and a written report within a week.

  1. 1

Time with you and your team

Your goals and headaches, how work really gets done, and your questions answered, AI included.

  2. 2

    A look inside your systems

With your OK, we review your software, workflows and documents to see how things run today.

  3. 3

    Planning time in our office

We work through everything we gathered, on our time, not yours.

  4. 4

    Your report, within a week

Findings, suggestions and next steps, useful whether you work with us or handle it yourself.

Shaped around your schedule

A full dayMost of the day on site with you and your team.
Half a dayA morning together, the rest in your systems.
A couple of hoursA short visit or call. Your access and documents do the rest.

Less time together just means more time in your systems. You get the same depth and the same report either way.

Your information stays yours

NDA friendly. We agree up front on what we can see, and the access you give us ends when the consult does, unless you choose to keep working together.

Getting ready for AI

AI works best when the work is clear

AI agents can take on whole tasks, but only once a process is mapped, simplified and written down. That’s where we start.

Before

A quote request

Typed into three places. Waits on one person. Follow ups slip.

After

The same request

One intake form. AI drafts the quote from your price list. You review and send.

An example only. Every business is different, and we never promise a specific automation. The report shows what fits yours.

Training

AI training for your team

Practical training at your own pace, built around your tools and your line of business. This is training only. Setting things up is a separate service.

Level 1 · Get started

AI for everyday work

For teams new to AI who want to use it day to day, safely.

  • What AI is good at, and where it isn’t
  • Safe use: privacy, accuracy and your house rules
  • Everyday tasks: emails, notes, summaries
Level 2 · Put it to work

AI in your workflows

For teams ready to use AI in the jobs they do every week.

  • Training by role: office, sales, operations
  • Using the AI built into tools you already have
  • Prompts and templates for your real tasks
Level 3 · Advanced

Leading AI in your business

For teams ready to design, run and improve their own AI workflows.

  • Mapping and simplifying a process for AI
  • Preparing the people your team will go to for help
  • Working with AI agents, with people approving what matters
Every level starts with an Initial ConsultSo training fits your tools, your people and the way you work. Prep and written guides included, and your team can move up a level whenever it’s ready.

Workshops on request

A 4 hour group session for any team or group: two hours, lunch and a meet and greet, then two more hours. Lunch included. Partner clients also get workshops just for them.

The Roost

Meet our AI crew

Real crows post lookouts, stash food and use tools. Our AI crew does the same kind of work for your systems. A person on our team approves every change before it happens.

Head CrowAll plans

Rules the roost. Answers questions in our client app, drafts tickets so you don’t have to, and sends each request to the right bird.

LookoutGrowth and Partner

Perches up high and keeps an eye on your systems and your AI agent.

CacheGrowth and Partner

Stashes things like any good crow: backups, updates and upcoming renewals.

FetchGrowth and Partner

Brings back the small stuff, like adding a new user or updating a template.

TinkerPartner

Our tool user. Reviews how your agent makes decisions and suggests better rules.

SorterPartner

Picks the stuck, unassigned and duplicate tickets out of the pile.

Head CrowSorry, that’s a big one for a leasing team. Something between your website form and the property system has stopped passing them along, so our team needs to look at the connection. Nobody likes writing tickets, so I drafted one for you. Give it a quick look and tap Send it.

Plans

Plans that fit how you work

Help as you need it, or ongoing help shaped around how much support your business needs.

Adhoc

Help when you need it

  • Vendors handled for you, including support cases and renewals
  • First in line, with a reply the same business day*
  • Urgent help after hours with no premium
  • Optional 30 minute weekly check in, at your request
Most clients start with a setup project after their report, then add training or a plan.
Not sure yet? Start with an Initial Consult.

On a plan, we keep access to your systems and an eye on how they’re running, and we learn your business a little better with every visit. So when something comes up, or you grow, the help fits how you actually work. You always see exactly where your time went.

Each plan visit is a 4 hour block at your office. Plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice, or a 90 day agreement that waives the onboarding fee. Not included: everyday IT support like staff passwords, laptops and printers, managing your staff, or round the clock staffed monitoring. How often the Roost checks in depends on your systems and priorities. Software and licenses stay in your name.

*Messages received after 3 p.m. Central that aren’t emergencies may get a reply the next business day.

Who we are

Practical help, close to home

Systems architecture · Data engineering · Finance

Korvis is a small consulting business based in Midlothian, Texas. Our background is in systems architecture, data engineering and finance, and we build practical tools for the problems businesses run into every day.

We help local and growing businesses skip the technical jargon and put modern AI to work, without the enterprise headache.

We keep it simple: reliable systems that save your team time and show up in your bottom line.

Common questions

We only have a couple of hours. Is the Initial Consult still worth it?

Yes. Less time together just means more time in your systems and documents. You get the same report either way.

Why do you need access to our systems?

It’s the fastest way to see how work really flows. We agree up front on what we can see, work on your computer or securely from ours, and access ends when the consult does unless you choose to keep working together.

Is our information safe with AI?

We use business AI accounts that never train on your data, and we’re happy to sign an NDA. Training covers safe use for your team too.

Do you do help desk or everyday IT support?

No. We focus on AI, how your business runs, and training your people. We’re glad to recommend IT support if you need it.

Let’s grab a coffee and talk.
